Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for all prepaid domestic orders.

Air express shipping can be availed at an extra charge. The option will be visible at the checkout stage for some pincodes. In case the option is not available, or you wish to receive the order even sooner, please contact us directly at +91 6284300844 or +91 7009989844. 

For Cash on Delivery orders below Rs. 5000, we levy a fixed Rs 100 delivery charge. 

All orders placed before 11 AM IST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM are usually dispatched the next day.

We partner with a number of carriers to try to make all deliveries within 3-7 days for all domestic orders. Since areas like North-East India are sometimes only serviceable by India Post Speed Post, it can take up to 14 days for orders to reach these remote regions. For these locations, we also offer an Air Express shipping option at an added charge. 

 

 

 

International Shipping

 All international orders have an associated delivery fee depending on the country and weight class. The charges start at Rs. 1300 for 1 kg. 

In very few cases, the courier partners charge USD 25 as a remote area delivery fee. Because the locations with such charges are dynamic and is subject to change, we are not able to charge you for the same before you place the order. If the extra charge amount is significant compared to the order value, we will ask you to pay the same before we ship out the order. In case you do not accept the charges, you will have the freedom to choose to cancel the order and get a full refund. 

Any and all custom duties and other extra charges are the buyer's responsibility.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express shipping which usually takes 3-6 days to deliver orders anywhere across the globe, except a handful of countries which are restricted by the Government of India, or sanctions, or any similar situation. However, this is contingent on the distance and, delivery to certain remote places may take even longer.

We will send an email with the tracking details as soon as the order is dispatches so you can keep up to date with the status of your order.
