Customer satisfaction is predominantly our primary concern. In case you are not satisfied with the product completely, we’re solicitous of your concern.

    Return Policy

     

    How to File a Return Request

    PLEASE CLICK HERE TO FILE A RETURN REQUEST. 

    We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    Alternatively, you can contact us at sales@pashmoda.com or +91 6284300844. If your return is accepted, you can courier the items to our warehouse located at 1041 Sangla Shivala Road, Ludhiana, PB- 141008. 

    In most cases, we can also arrange a return pick up from your home or office at a nominal delivery charge of Rs 100. This option is only valid for domestic orders. 

     

    Terms and Conditions to be Eligible for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    International orders will need to be couriered to our warehouse at the customer's expense in order to be refunded. The import duties to India are also to be paid by the customer in this case. In case the return shipping charges, or the import duties to India are borne by us, we will be deducting the same from the order refund amount.

    IN SHORT- Forward shipping fee, return shipping fees (if paid by us), Indian import custom duties (if paid by us) for international orders will not be refunded, and shall be deducted from the refund amount. 

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    All disputes are to be settled in the Ludhiana, Punjab, India jurisdiction only. 

     

    Damages and other issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    For any products that are proven to be incorrectly shipped by us, or damaged in any way, we will need documented video proof of unpacking to prove the same. In case the same is not available, we will try to settle the claim to the best of our abilities, on a case by case basis. But rest assured, if the fault is on our end, we will not let the customer bear the brunt of shipping fees, etc. We will be bearing all the responsibility for the replacement or refund of the same. 

    For International orders, will be issuing a store credit for the same amount without the hassle of you having to return the products as the forward and reverse shipping can often prove to be higher than the original cost.

     

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.     Refund Policy

    Refunds

    In the event of a return of a prepaid order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of delivery of the returned items. The customer can also place a request for the amount to be credited to his/her bank account.

    In the event of a return of a COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit or gift card within 7 days of delivery of the returned items. We will be deducting shipping charges and COD charges (Rs 100 per order) for refunds to your bank account. 

    In case of non delivery of a pre-paid order, Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refund amount to compensate for return shipping. 

    Refunds will not be issued incase of failure to pay import custom duties.

     

    Shipping

    Shipping Charges:

    We offer free shipping for all prepaid domestic orders.

    For Cash on Delivery orders below Rs. 5000, we levy a fixed Rs 100 delivery charge. 

    All international orders have an associated delivery fee depending on the country and weight class. The charges start at Rs. 1300 for 1 kg. 

    In many cases, the courier 

     Any and all custom duties and other extra charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

    Shipping Estimates:

    All orders placed before 11 AM IST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM are usually dispatched the next day.

    We partner with a number of carriers to ensure delivery within 2-4 days for all domestic orders. Since areas like Kashmir, Leh and North-East India are sometimes only serviceable by India Post Speed Post, it can take up to 7 days for orders to reach these remote regions. 

    International orders are shipped via DHL Express shipping which usually takes 3-4 days to deliver orders anywhere across the globe.
