I ordered this shawl from them and it was not of quality I expected. I tried to contact them but the numbers they have given are either not working and just ringing . I initiated return process and ordered stole instead of it . These people were very prompt to take the return item the very next day but till date it’s now 5 to 6 days no one is responding.
