The delivery and shipping policies have been articulately framed to make the delivery timely and convenient for the client.

 

Domestic Shipping

 

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above Rs 1000. For orders below Rs. 1000, we levy a fixed Rs 100 delivery charge. Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is offered across more than 2000 pin codes across India.

All orders placed before 11 AM IST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM are usually dispatched the next day.

We partner with a number of carriers to ensure delivery within 2-4 days for all domestic orders. Since areas like Kashmir, Leh and North-East India are sometimes only serviceable by India Post Speed Post, it can take up to 7 days for orders to reach these remote regions. 

 

International Shipping

 

We also offer free shipping on all International orders exceeding $150. All orders below $150 are levied a fixed $20 or Rs 1500 delivery charge. Any and all custom duties and other extra charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

All orders placed before 11 AM IST are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM are dispatched the next day.

The most renowned and trusted names from our international shipping partners are Fedex and DHL Express Shipping. The parcel can be expected to reach you within 2-4 working days. However this is contingent on the distance and delivery to certain remote places may take even longer.

We will send an email with the tracking details as soon as the order is dispatches so you can keep up to date with the status of your order.
