The item must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive it.
Kindly make sure the item is unused and absolutely in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
Retain the item in the original packaging.
The receipt or proof of purchase must be kept intact.
All the labels and tags must be kept intact in original condition.
The company is very transparent in its refund policy.
You will immediately get a notification once we receive the returned item.
The status of refund will be notified as soon as the item is inspected thoroughly. This process is likely to take 4 working days.
Once the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card or whichever electronic payment mode was used initially.
The refund shows in the bank statement within 10-15 working days contingent on your terms and conditions with the card issuer.
In case you had paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be sent in the form of coupon code or store credit, the date of which will stand valid for a period of one year from the date of issue of store credit.
The onus of paying the shipping costs lies on the client. Also note that the shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of receipt of refund, the cost of return shipping shall be deducted from the refund.
